Presales Technical Consultant

We are seeking a talented and motivated Presales Technical Consultant responsible for actively driving and managing the pre-sales process with direct customers. As a Presales Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our  platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in understanding customer needs, crafting effective solutions, and presenting the technical capabilities of our platform to potential clients. This role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, communication skills, and a passion for helping clients solve complex integration challenges.


You will be part of our team, the No-Code/Low-Code technology for building enterprise software, an ambitious project built like a startup developed inside Ringhel Team. Ringhel is the leading Romanian niche software provider for power and gas markets in Romania. We have developed the suite of applications GeFEE that includes desktop and web platforms, covering the entire market activity flows. Our platforms are used by 50% of the active electricity suppliers and 20% of gas suppliers on the local market. We are expanding in other countries and in order to easily localize and customize the platforms we will migrate and build products using the no-code technology. Solution Design and Presentation:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and pain points.
  • Develop innovative and tailored solutions that address customer implementation challenges using our platform.
  • Create compelling and customized presentations and demonstrations to showcase the platform’s features, capabilities, and benefits.


Technical Expertise:

  • Become an expert in our platform, including its architecture, components, and integration capabilities.
  • Understand industry trends and best practices in integration, API management, and data transformation.
  • Provide technical support to entire sales team as appropriate (e.g. handle technical questions and escalate them when required, conduct training and/or briefings)
  • Be able to deliver demo and technical pitch, including overview of our key and advanced features and benefits, services offerings, differentiation, and competitive positioning.
  • Be able to address most technical questions concerning customization, integration, enterprise architecture and general feature / functionality of our platform.
  • Capable of building and/or leading the development of custom demos and PoCs based on and beyond customer requirements.


Customer Engagement:

  • Engage directly with customers to gather requirements, assess technical needs, and align the platform’s capabilities with customer goals.
  • Manage client expectations, establish credibility at all levels within the client and build problem-solving partnerships with the client and colleagues.
  • Attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
  • Work with PROCESIO Engineering to both gain consensus and define achievable time lines in order to meet customer demands.
  • Help clients to solve problems with platform and prediction usage and integration. 
  • Conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions to educate customers on the platform’s features and benefits.



  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and deliver technical proposals that outline solution architectures, integration strategies, and implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to provide valuable feedback from customer interactions, contributing to platform improvements and enhancements.


Proof of Concept (PoC) Development:

  • Design and execute Proof of Concepts to showcase the feasibility and effectiveness of our platform for specific customer use cases.
  • Provide hands-on technical support during PoC phases to ensure successful outcomes.


Technical Documentation:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, integration workflows, and best practice guides.
  • Contribute to the development of sales collateral and technical resources.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Technical skills include knowledge of programming languages and frameworks (preferably C#/ .NET Core)
  • Proven experience in a presales technical role, preferably in the iPaaS or integration domain.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, REST, SOAP, ETL, and data transformation.
  • Proficiency in presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to interact with technical and business counterparts.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and a self-starter, able to deliver high-quality work without a tactical oversight.
  • Technical skills in writing, editing, formatting, research and analysis Experience with integration platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and presentations as needed.
