We work together every day to become the most successful digital process agency in Germany. Initially, our primary focus is the digitalization and automation of property management companies, but over time we plan to expand into additional industries.

You will work with us 100% remotely, though you are always welcome to visit our office in Worms or join team events across Germany and Europe.

Role Overview

If you have solid experience with JavaScript and React and enjoy building scalable web applications, this role is for you.

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain modern web applications. You will work on both frontend and backend systems, ensure clean architecture, and contribute to efficient, high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics / Computer Science, OR relevant programming experience, OR automation experience
• Solid experience with JavaScript and React
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, Node.js, and Vite
• Backend development and database design experience using Supabase
• Experience with tools such as n8n is a plus, but not required
• Good English communication skills
• German is not required
• Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Fast learner with a disciplined working style

Responsibilities

• Develop frontend applications using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Vite
• Handle backend development and database design with Supabase
• Plan and implement new software features using Cursor
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability
• Document technical concepts and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
