About the company and the project:

With a team of 30+ highly qualified engineers, we aim to design, maintain, and develop 4 products with millions of visitors. These products are marketplaces that allow users to buy and sell cars, real estate, general classifieds, and local employment.Our main product is a website plus a mobile application for posting listings (similar to OLX, Lun, and Autoria).
The project audience is around 2 million unique users.

Skill requirements:

Key areas of expertise: SEO (development, optimization, etc.), performance (improving front-end application performance), GraphQL (front-end interaction).

• Excellent knowledge of  HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
• Experience with React (6+ years) / Next.js (4+ years)
• Ability to work with both App Router and Page Router
• Understanding of SSR principles, dynamic rendering, and performance optimization
• Ability to write clean and maintainable code
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Accessibility, and Web Performance
• Experience working in a team and collaborating with designers, product managers, and QA
• Technical English proficiency (reading documentation, Pull Requests)
• Experience writing tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Rails applications
• Ability to work with jQuery and CoffeeScript code
• Understanding of CI/CD processes

What you will do on the project:

We develop a range of large online marketplaces (similar to OLX, Lun, Autoria, Work) for the Azerbaijani market, used monthly by millions of unique users.
Our products are web platforms and mobile applications for posting and promoting listings.
We build and evolve functional, high-load services, continuously improving UX, SEO, and performance.
The team works with quarterly planning and a 6-month horizon.
We have a clear task-setting process—from business analysis to design and architecture.

• Developing new functionality for existing applications
• Working on performance optimization of existing code
• Collaborating with other developers and project managers

About tracking and management tools:

We do not use time trackers in our work. We rely on the candidate’s level of engagement, work results, transparency, and feedback from colleagues and managers.
