We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Architect to join our team. Our current project involves a comprehensive review, redesign, and support of an AWS environment. While the support aspect leans more towards oversight, we are in need of a top-notch AWS expert who excels in both architectural design and hands-on implementation.

Job Description:

As an AWS Cloud Architect, your primary responsibility will be to support the review and rebuild of our AWS environment. This role includes overseeing the project, offering expert guidance, and ensuring that it aligns with best practices and industry standards. You will collaborate with our team to deliver efficient and optimized AWS solutions for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess the existing AWS environment.
• Redesign the AWS infrastructure to meet the project goals and requirements.
• Provide expert architectural guidance and hands-on support when necessary.
• Explore other avenues to support the client, potentially involving Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Offer cloud security insights, including knowledge of EDR, XDR, and SIEM.
• Automate tasks and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in AWS cloud services.
• Strong background in cloud architecture and design.
• Proficiency in hands-on AWS implementation.
• Knowledge of Azure and GCP.
• Cloud security knowledge, including EDR, XDR, and SIEM.
• Ability to audit, design, and build cloud infrastructures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
