Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a similar role
Work experience and understanding of the Polish & EU markets
Native/Advanced of Polish
Upper-intermediate+ level of English

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to provide technical expertise during client discussions and sales meetings.
Create accurate project estimates, timelines, and resource requirements.
Develop and manage project plans to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
Design scalable and innovative technical architectures that meet the needs of our clients.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into our solutions.
Ensure that our technology stack is modern, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance our development and delivery processes.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technology team.
Lead and mentor a high-performing technology and development team.
Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth among team members.
Ensure effective communication and alignment between technical and non-technical teams.
Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality solutions.
Monitor and assess project performance and implement improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a technology-driven organization.
Strong expertise in estimating project scope and resources.
Exceptional architectural design skills with a deep understanding of modern technologies.
Proficiency in agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to lead, inspire, and mentor technical teams.
