We are a SaaS platform consisting of:

AI Assistant Module (Laravel API + Next.js Frontend)
Marketing Automation Module (Filament on Laravel)

The product integrates:

• OpenAI (AI assistant and segmentation)
• PMS (Scidoo, Slope, ASA, 5stelle, Suite5, etc.)
• Google / Meta
• Twilio / WhatsApp
• External booking engines (e.g., Amenitiz)
• Data enrichment services (e.g., Qualitando)

The client is internalizing development and is looking for a technical profile who can take ownership of the product.

Role Objective

Take responsibility for the platform’s technical evolution, working on:

• Multi-tenant Laravel architecture
• External API integrations
• AI logic and LLM orchestration
• Performance and scalability optimization
• New product features

This is not a task-executor role: analytical skills and technical vision are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain APIs in Laravel
• Manage multi-hotel / multi-tenant architecture
• Integrate external services (REST, webhook, OAuth)
• Implement AI logic (prompt design, context management, CTAs, fallbacks)
• Develop admin panel with Filament
• Advanced debugging on complex flows (booking, CTAs, automations)
• Write tests (unit / feature)
• Optimize queries and performance
• Collaborate with Next.js frontend team
• Manage staging / production environments

Ideal Profile

• 3-5+ years of Laravel experience
• 3+ years of Laravel Filament experience
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Experience integrating third-party APIs
• Experience with cron jobs and automation
• Solid understanding of software architecture
• Product-oriented mindset
• Decision-making autonomy

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI / LLM
• Experience in the hospitality sector
• Experience with Twilio / WhatsApp Business API
