We’re currently building P2 of our product, along with a completely new UI/UX designed to make AI model creation accessible, powerful, and scalable for millions of users.

We already have a dedicated development team and a modern AI stack — what we’re looking for now is a hands-on technical leader to drive architecture, mentor our engineers, and help us bring this new phase of the platform to life

The Role

As our AI Architecture Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for both writing production-level code and driving a team of developers to deliver next-generation image and video generation systems. You’ll ensure that we’re shipping fast, documenting properly, and building scalable infrastructure that can handle real-world demand — not just demos.

This isn’t a pure management role — you’ll spend about 65–70% of your time hands-on, developing new features, optimising performance, and ensuring our systems are stable at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of AI-driven image and video generation systems, optimized for scale and stability.
• Write and review clean, efficient, production-grade code (Python, CUDA, PyTorch, etc.).
• Manage a small, high-performing dev team — setting clear priorities, delegating tasks, and overseeing progress through Kanban views and ticket systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation — including PRDs, technical specs, and API references.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap for scaling to a million+ user environment.
• Conduct daily syncs, mentor developers, and ensure code quality and team alignment.
• Collaborate closely with product leadership to plan future system evolution and user-facing innovation.

Requirements

• Comfortable working with systems that include NSFW content generation features.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong background in image or video generation (Diffusion, GANs, or transformer-based models).
• Strong command of Python, CUDA, and GPU optimization.
• Experience deploying AI models in production environments with high concurrency and scaling demands.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Understanding of microservice architecture, API development, and containerized deployment (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Proven experience leading development teams — managing workflows, sprints, and documentation.
• Ability to think strategically while staying deeply involved in technical execution.

Nice to Haves

• Experience training or fine-tuning LoRAs, or working on text-to-video or video2video pipelines.
• Previous contributions to ComfyUI custom nodes or plugin ecosystems.
• Familiarity with distributed inference systems and cloud GPU orchestration.
• Experience building AI SaaS products or developer platforms with high user volumes.
