About the company and the project:
With a team of 30+ highly qualified engineers, we aim to design, maintain, and develop 4 products with millions of visitors. These products are marketplaces where users can buy and sell cars, real estate, general classifieds, and local employment.
Our main product is a website plus a mobile application for posting listings (similar to OLX, Lun, and Autoria).
The project audience is about 2 million unique users.
Skill requirements:
- 6+ years of work experience
- Experience in testing web applications, mobile applications, and APIs
- Knowledge and experience with core software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience working with web development tools
- Experience writing test cases and performing regression testing
- Experience with bug-tracking systems
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of core software development principles
- English at the level of reading technical documentation
Additional requirements:
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus (currently testers do not have access, but it will be provided in the future)
- Experience testing payment systems (including validation of payment processing, refunds, balance updates, and other related functionality)
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress)
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business requirements
- Communicating with the entire development team
- Planning the testing process
- Writing test cases
- Testing web and mobile application functionality
- Creating bug reports
- Identifying defects and entering them into the bug-tracking system
What you will do on the project:
We develop a range of large online marketplaces (similar to OLX, Lun, Autoria, Work) for the Azerbaijani market, used monthly by millions of unique users.
Our products are web platforms and mobile applications for posting and promoting listings.
We create and develop functional, high-load services, continuously improving UX, SEO, and performance.
We have a clear task-setting process—from business analysis to design and architecture.
About tracking and management tools:
We do not use time trackers in our work. We rely on the candidate’s level of engagement, work results, transparency, and feedback from colleagues and managers.
About the team:
The team includes a Project Manager, Product Manager, Designer, Business Analyst, and Software Architects who form the list of business requirements and then prepare the project and documentation.
The planning horizon is 6 months. Tasks are executed and reported quarterly.

We are looking for a person to join our team of experienced full-time Mobile App engineers.
The company currently has about 140 local employees and around 30 technical staff members, and we continue to grow.
We have offices in Baku, Azerbaijan (head office), Kyiv, Ukraine (engineering team), and a coworking space in Warsaw, Poland.
The product team, marketing, and all core support functions are located in Baku, Azerbaijan.
The team works according to the Agile methodology. Work is organized around team-based tasks (mini-projects) divided into periods.
We use Kanban, with tasks constantly flowing into the backlog and distributed by the Tech Lead.
We highly value people who can ask many well-considered questions.
A team consisting of managers, developers, designers, and other resources receives a dedicated direction within the project and fully takes responsibility for plans and tasks within this area.
